Our team members are innovative, passionate, and collaborative, and we are growing!About the RoleWe are seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to support implementations of the Intapp OnePlace for Risk product suite. In this role, you will act as one of the primary technical experts on project teams, collaborating closely with business consultants and project managers to help clients streamline and strengthen their risk and intake workflows. Success in this role requires the ability to understand client objectives, translate requirements into best‑practice technical solutions, and work effectively with technologies commonly used in the legal industry. Experience with Intapp and/or Dell Boomi is especially valuable.As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will guide clients through data investigation, extraction, loading, synchronization, testing, and remediation, ultimately supporting a seamless go‑live and post‑deployment experience. You will also benefit from joining a highly tenured team of developers who bring deep expertise, established methodologies, and reusable tools honed across hundreds of successful engagements. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical responsibilitiesExecute data investigation to interrogate the state of client’s current systemsParticipate in client data mapping sessionsDevelop and test efficient, well-documented ETL processes for bulk data loadsDevelop and test ongoing data synchronization routinesReview and advise on-premises and Cloud infrastructure in support of technical implementationsCreation of custom reports utilizing SSRSProject responsibilitiesParticipate in ongoing vendor-led professional development meetingsParticipate in and contribute to client project and status meetingsCoordinate efforts with InOutsource project managers and teamContribute to updating repeatable, templated InOutsource project methodologiesParticipate in business development activities to offer input on technical aspects of implementation projectsQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Knowledge of Law Firm Practices and of Law Firm Information Technology Systems.Excellent independent, decision-making capabilities and a solution-oriented attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesBasic understanding of relationships database design principalsDetailed knowledge of SQL and RESTful API usageFamiliarity with constructing and navigating XML and JSON data structuresPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Intapp Integration Builder (aka Integrate) integration platformCertification or experience with the Dell Boomi integration platformExperience with other aspects of the Intapp product suiteBasic knowledge of computer networkingCompetenciesTeam player who is also able to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standardsAbility to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality workSolution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlinesInOutsource is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
