Responsibilities: monitor and troubleshoot applications (Kofax, DSP, E2E reporting, Webstatus .NET); manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets; oversee production deployments and major incidents; monitor jobs and resolve failures; communicate issue status to users and stakeholders. Skills: 5–7 years of software experience (4+ years in .NET and SQL); ASP.NET (C#), MVC, WCF, Web Services; JavaScript/HTML/CSS; Windows Server (2016/2022), IIS, SQL Server; IIS management, PowerShell, and HA environments; ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot; networking concepts; familiarity with Visual Studio and Git.
