Responsibilities

Own the technical implementation for new customers, including: - Setting up their initial LeadTruffle account — inviting users and configuring notifications - Connecting lead sources: Yelp via Zapier, Thumbtack direct integration, Google LSA via email forwarding, and others - Building Zapier automations and configuring webhooks - Connecting CRM systems (Jobber, HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, etc.) - Helping customers modify AI prompts to better reflect how they want the AI to respond - Taking screen share control of a customer's screen to complete setup steps directly - Following up with customers to keep onboarding on track - Answering questions clearly and quickly via email, chat, and text You do not need to write code. You do need to understand how APIs and webhooks work and be confident with no-code tools like Zapier and n8n. This role is not a fit if you're coming from a large-company BPO or call center background where support meant following a script. We need someone who can figure things out.
