We’ve shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.About the position:Stellar is looking for an Associate Account Executive who will help grow our national network of primary care providers by serving as the first touchpoint in the sales process to contract with Doctor offices (primary care). In doing so, you will help drive the growth and transformation of the healthcare industry by supporting the evolution of how primary care providers are paid for the care they deliver. In this role, you will leverage your relationship development skills to educate and motivate Doctor's offices to join the Stellar network and start earning incentives that support the delivery of better quality outcomes.What you will do:Conduct high volume of outreach via cold call (50+ calls per day), email and LinkedIn to build relationships with Doctor's offices targeted to be in our NetworkWork with sales leadership to develop an outreach plan and prioritization of a target list of Doctor's offices, leveraging sales intelligence tools as neededProspecting will be across a diversified set of Doctor's offices, both geographically and by structure (including but not limited to, independent primary care practices, large medical groups, and hospital systems)Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, both in terms of activity quota and signed Doctor's offices (primary care) via executed contractsCapture and storage of the executed contract with the Doctor’s officeInnovate and test creative ways to gain access and trust to the Doctor’s office decision makersTransition onboarded provider to the appropriate next stakeholder in our sales process, our Provider Success Team, by scheduling the onboarded Doctor's office for an account training session.Efficiently nurture prospects over the course of 2-5 meetings, otherwise quickly moving to higher impact opportunitiesUse data-driven metrics for evaluating and improving the impact of your outreach efforts and reporting to Sales leadership on lead generation metricsCommunicate the Stellar value proposition in concise and easy to consume manner that is reflective of the limited time availability of primary care practice staffCollaborate with peers, account executives, and sales leadership to innovate and improve our outreach strategies that yield improved conversion ratesCollect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our team, organizing and categorizing sales lead information into our CRM (Salesforce).As Associate Account Executive you should have:Experience exceeding weekly/monthly activity goals and quotaSelf-starter who has the desire to learn, grow, and excel in their roleAbility to smartly prioritize and organize your time to be as productive as possibleYou are resilient, possess grit, and are full of tenacityHighly proficient with high velocity outbound prospecting and building pipelineExcellent communication skills and persistent follow-through on commitments to our customers.You thrive in collaborative and demanding environmentsCritical thinker- when faced with obstacles, you are focused on solutions and successTravel Requirement:There will be periodic travel to a number of healthcare conferences. Travel percentage varies depending on the time of year.Pay:The salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 + $30,0000 variable compensation based upon attainment of personal quota. Where a new hire falls within this range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Stellar's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range.
