You will leverage your expertise to develop and implement customer and market penetration strategies, account plans, technology development initiatives, and partnering strategies that drive business growth. As a recognized Army Aviation industry specialist, you will provide technical insight across multiple disciplines, serving as a consultant for long-range planning and new areas of technological research. Your role will involve acting as a liaison with government agencies and offices, ensuring the company remains competitive and aligned with evolving market needs. You will be responsible for developing win strategies, leading capture efforts, and overseeing the creation of proposals, whitepapers, and technical demonstrations. Your ability to attract and secure major new business will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future direction and success.Travel50% TravelResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the Army Aviation government marketplaceDevelop and implement customer and market penetration strategies, win strategies, and partnering strategiesServe as the primary liaison with government agencies and offices to foster strong relationships and influence procurement decisionsLead cross-functional teams in the development of capture strategies, proposals, whitepapers, and technical demonstrationsMaintain extensive knowledge of government market developments, assess competitive positioning, and recommend strategic adjustmentsAct as a consultant in long-range planning, advising on new and emerging areas of technological research and advancementsProvide industry insights and recommendations to enhance the company’s market positioning and competitive advantageSupport leadership in business development initiatives, helping to identify and secure major new business opportunitiesComplete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)Perform other related duties as assignedKey QualificationsClearance: Ability to obtain Secret ClearanceEducation and Years of Experience: Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 16+ years of experience or a Master’s with 14+ years of experience.Recognized industry specialist with extensive technical expertise across multiple disciplinesProven track record of identifying and leading successful business development and capture efforts in the government marketplaceStrong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience driving long-range business initiativesExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage government officials and key stakeholdersAbility to analyze market trends, develop innovative business solutions, and position the company for growthPreferred Additional QualificationsExperience securing major government contracts and leading large-scale capture effortsDeep understanding of federal acquisition regulations, procurement processes, and contracting vehiclesAPMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess competitive positioning and customer needsProven ability to develop and implement technology-driven solutions for government clientsStart DateImmediate
