Trailhead Investment Group is a nationwide creative finance real estate acquisition company. THIG provides alternative solutions to sellers in distress across the United States, using multiple exit strategies such as wholesale, novations, subject 2, leasebacks, flipping, and renting. The company primarily focuses on single-family homes but also works with multifamily, land, and commercial properties. THIG employs people worldwide and is currently seeking to expand its Dispositions team with talented professionals who envision a long-term future working with a U.S.-based employer in real estate acquisitions. Position Overview: The Dispositions Manager plays a key role within the company, being ultimately responsible for selling deals and ensuring that all parties involved are paid. The ideal candidate should have a high D profile on the DISC model, understand consultative selling, and be capable of working with and selling to different personality profiles. They should be skilled in handling objections and continuously improving their sales techniques. Having lived in the United States is considered a strong advantage. The Dispositions Manager will use tools such as InvestorLift, InvestorBase, DealMachine, Offa, and networking to source new buyers for each deal. Responsibilities include making 50–70+ calls a day to buyers, coordinating access and walk-through times, and advancing the assignment pipeline. This role will collaborate with the Dispositions team and a mentor for learning, shadowing, and attending all THIG trainings. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Closer with a U.S.-based real estate investing company (required). * Strong understanding of real estate wholesaling, sales processes, and market trends * Native English and Spanish (C2 level). * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Experience using real estate CRMs and sales tools. * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
