Responsibilities and deliverables
We’re seeking a highly motivated part-time Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage your project oversight expertise and technical knowledge to lead teams through successful project delivery.
What we expect:
* Participate in prospect discovery calls.
* Develop, manage, and adapt project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are communicated and met by the team and the client.
* Oversee multiple projects at once, ranging from retainers to one-off client projects.
* Facilitate internal team collaboration, and conduct regular team meetings to review project deliverables and ensure adherence to each project scope.
* Monitor risks and escalate issues to Director of Project Management and/or Creative Director as needed.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure asset readiness.
You are someone that:
* Has 2+ years of experience in project management.
* Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
* Has the ability to task-switch and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Has experience working with creative and/or technical teams.
* Is an efficient and proactive communicator.
* Is a team-focused collaborator with excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
* Is proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English at a professional level.
* Is within one hour of the US eastern timezone.
* Has expertise with Monday and Slack (strongly preferred).
* Has an understanding of branding, software, and website project lifecycles (strongly preferred).
* Has technical knowledge of Figma and/or Webflow (strongly preferred).
