Thesis is seeking a Head of Talent who will be responsible for people operations, with a deep specialization in recruiting and sourcing candidates across engineering and non-technical roles. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, building an internal talent pool, and representing the company's talent brand at external events and conferences. The ideal candidate will have experience in very early stage startup environments, a strong interest in web3/crypto, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies - Source and manage candidate relationships within the web3/cryptocurrency ecosystem - Maintain and strengthen the candidate database with a diverse pool of qualified candidates - Be the public face of Thesis’s talent brand at relevant external events and conferences - Own the hiring process from sourcing to fully executed offers - Collaborate with project and vertical leads to build an internal talent pool - Track employee engagement metrics and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
