Shopify POS Extension Developer at Staffing Nest Solutions

We are seeking a skilled developer with proven experience in building and configuring custom Shopify extensions, particularly integrated with the Shopify Point of Sale (POS) system. This role requires strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, and the ability to design practical solutions that perform seamlessly in real-world retail environments. Extensions to Develop: * Product Notes (Line Item Properties in POS) * Enable salespersons to add a custom note per product directly from the POS. * Ensure the note is saved as a line item property in the cart and reflected in the final order. * Must function smoothly within the in-store checkout flow. * Customer Credit Limit (POS-Compatible) * Set and manage individual credit limits for each customer. * Validate in real time whether the customer can complete a purchase based on available credit. * Integrate with POS to ensure credit control works during physical sales. * Provide an admin interface to configure and edit credit limits. Technical Requirements: * Strong command of Shopify API, Shopify POS SDK, and Shopify Functions. * Experience with event-driven automations and custom checkout logic. * Proficiency in Liquid, GraphQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript. * Hands-on experience testing and debugging live POS sales flows.
