What You Will DoYour primary responsibilities will include:Comprehensive Test Execution: Perform rigorous manual testing across our entire suite of products, including our web-based SaaS platform, iOS and Android mobile applications, and macOS and Windows desktop clients.Test Automation: Create, maintain, and execute test automation scripts for repetitive tasks.Test Plan and Case Development: Analyze product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create, document, and maintain detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.Bug Identification and Tracking: Identify, isolate, and meticulously document defects in our bug tracking system (e.g., Jira). You will be responsible for tracking bug resolution and conducting verification testing.Regression and Performance Testing: Develop and execute regression test suites to ensure that new features or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality. You will also assist in identifying performance bottlenecks.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. You will serve as the voice of quality, providing clear and concise feedback to the development team.Security and Privacy Verification: Given the nature of our service, you will pay special attention to testing security features, access controls, data privacy rules, and encryption integrity to ensure our defenses are sound.Process Improvement: Collaborate across teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and test coverage.
