✅ Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all aspects of the fiber build project, including scope, timeline, and budget management.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, and clients, to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and help manage adjustments to schedules and plans, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the project, such as document preparation, progress reports, and compliance checks.
• Participate in site visits and coordinate logistics for materials and workforce as required.
• Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the project, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Support the quality assurance process by coordinating testing and inspection activities.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
✅ Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic technology and network construction principles.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Proven problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
