We are seeking outgoing individuals with a passion for the travel industry to join our growing team as Customer Service/Booking Advisors. As a Customer Service/Booking Advisor, you will communicate with clients to determine their travel preferences, research destinations, support clients before, during, and after travel, and organize travel arrangements. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely and earn complimentary perks. No experience is needed as full daily training is provided. Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to determine the type of travel they wish to book, including their personal preferences and budget constraints. - Research various destinations and present them to your client for approval. - Support clients before, during, and after travel. - Research various destinations and means of travel including prices, customs, reviews etc. - Determine the clients’ specifications and budget, and suggest suitable travel packages or services. - Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc. - Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages. - Attend trainings to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
