Responsibilities

This is an on-site position, the candidate will work in Medellín city. Responsibilities: ● Bring relentless optimism and value to our clients. ● Assist with prospecting using LinkedIn, the CEO's social network. ● Serve as the main point of contact via call/text/video/e-mail. ● Coordinate, review, and approve assets from creative teams. ● Assist with writing copy for advertising scripts, landing pages, and monthly offers. ● Ensure deadlines are met through an internal CRM system. ● Proactively follow up on a variety of fast-moving initiatives. ● Other initiatives and projects as needed. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related work experience. ● Portfolio of scripts or other marketing copy. ● Exceptional organizational skills. ● Strong time management skills; ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities. ● Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach. ● Proven experience connecting with difficult-to-reach clients and stakeholders. ● You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English and Spanish. Nice to Have: ● Past sales recruiting strongly preferred ● Google Analytics Certification ● Facebook Blueprint Certification ● Previous digital agency experience is a plus. Note: After the trial period (2 months) the candidate will have an indefinite contract with all the social benefits. For the first two months WYN Solutions uses Agile recruitment for their processes, because of this, you can find the steps you will take in the recruiting process below: Step 1: You will answer 3 quick screening questions (3 minutes). Step 2: You will do a Torre Testing & Certification to validate your skills (at least 60 minutes). If you are one of the top-ranked applicants after the Torre Testing validation, you will proceed to the next step. Step 3: Nick Cybela - WYN shareholder, will interview you (40 minutes). Step 4: Venus Toro- WYN Solutions CEO, will interview you (40 minutes). Step 5: Offer (40 minutes).
