You don't need to have any previous experience, you can have a background of knowledge in any field of study, or even if you don't have a university degree, we are looking for passionate people with an owner's mentality who are not afraid to show all their skills and talent. This job might be the right one for you if you are: -Fluent English speaker and writer. -Highly adaptable and resilient. -Resourcefulness. -Have problem-solving and decision-making skills. What does a day of intensive training look like? -Prepare the robots and make sure they are working well before and after operations. -Do Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. -Build a launch plan and budget for each new site you're launching to operationalize a fleet of robots in a matter of weeks. -Continually innovate on launch playbooks to help scale our other cities. -Drive initial adoption of the service through launch marketing campaigns in close coordination with our partners and our Central Operations team. -Be an operations point-of-contact for our partner POCs and other stakeholders for tactical actions. -Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Business Development, and Engineering tactical teams to streamline processes and tactics. -Have an owner mentality on all performance KPIs for a best-in-class robot delivery service for your site/s. If you are chosen to be a Campus Coordinator, the intensive training program will include the following: -Deployment and undeployment processes (material check). -Campus engagement activities to achieve greater brand recognition. -Accompany robots with accidents, technical problems, or stuck robots. -Accompany the restaurants before the start of each operation to ensure that the platforms and the delivered implements are working properly. -Monitor which robots enter the operation each day: -Ensure that the robot fleet is complete and in good condition taking into account the campus inventory. -Check that all robots have inner bags. -Ensure that the Bots have their personalized numbering Sticker. -Rescue of bots if necessary.
