This key role will help shape an innovative, collaborative workplace culture aligned with our mission of driving sustainable growth through AI-powered solutions. 🧩 Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain top LATAM talent. - Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation. - Develop scalable, data-driven compensation and recognition models. - Lead employee engagement, inclusion, and experience initiatives. - Align People & Culture strategies with business goals and ROI. - Ensure compliance with labor laws in all operating countries. 📚 Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred). - Certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are a plus. - Training in People Analytics, Employee Experience, or Agile HR is highly valued. 🧠 Key Soft Skills: - Strategic vision, leadership, assertive communication, problem-solving, adaptability, critical thinking, attention to detail, team management, and strong ethics. 🛠️ Technical Skills: - Agile & Scrum methodologies. - Experience with low/no-code tools like Airtable.
