We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Software Engineering Lead to spearhead projects in the domain of the automotive industry. This is a pivotal role where you will not only architect scalable systems but also mentor a fast-growing engineering team and interface directly with stakeholders and clients in the U.S.
You’ll lead with a hands-on approach in an innovative product environment, leveraging modern cloud-native solutions and making critical decisions that drive customer success.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Lead an engineering team with a strong growth trajectory across multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Architect, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C# (.NET Core), Angular, and SQL Server.
- Serve as the AWS expert, overseeing infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and scalability using services like:
● AWS Lambdas, API Gateway, CloudFormation
● Step Functions, Queues, Jobs, CloudWatch, EventBridge
● CI/CD pipelines (CodeCommit, CodePipeline), OpenSearch, Cloud-based automation
- Implement and evangelize CQRS pattern and other modern architectural practices.
- Build and scale large distributed systems managing millions of records with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Interact regularly with US and Canada based clients and stakeholders.
- Own and refine SCRUM processes and Agile delivery pipelines to ensure consistent and predictable execution.
- Apply Python and AI-based features to enhance automation, data intelligence, and accelerate the platform’s competitiveness in the market.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify technology opportunities and improve client offerings.
- Promote an engineering culture centered around quality, ownership, and innovation.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Take ownership of high-level, ambiguous business requirements and work collaboratively to clarify, shape, and translate them into clear technical requirements and deliverable solutions.
- Expertise in .NET Core (C#) backend systems and Angular front-end frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud ecosystem, DevOps, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Demonstrated ability in system architecture, high-availability designs, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of CQRS and clean architecture principles.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience presenting to executives and clients.
- Fluent in English with the ability to engage in business and technical discussions.
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly autonomous with a “get-it-done” mindset.
Bonus Points
- Experience or domain knowledge in the U.S. vehicle leasing or financing industry.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, ElasticSearch and/or OpenSearch.
- Practical exposure to AI technologies for data analysis, predictive modeling, or automation tools.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and B2B product architectures.
