We offer the largest assortment of premium & luxury fashion items & products in one place, from over 17,000 leading brands. We are looking for a Senior People Advisor to join our People Squad. You will be responsible for building and fostering a positive and empowering culture at Lyst. Your role will involve advising key stakeholders on creating a high-performance environment and implementing good people practices. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver a pro-active and first-class people experience. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing our People Executive and overseeing all transactional activities within People Ops. Responsibilities: - Develop a consistent tone of voice for all internal communications reflecting Lyst's culture - Build robust and insightful people metrics to inform decision-making - Maintain policies and procedures for productive employee relations conversations - Support performance management philosophy/practices through coaching and training - Identify training and development opportunities for the business - Champion our engagement platform to boost employee engagement and satisfaction - Lead the monthly payroll process and coordinate salary reviews - Oversee all transactional activities within People Ops - Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle - Support and conduct employee relations cases - Improve People Ops processes and procedures - Lead and support ad-hoc people initiatives and projects - Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships - Run training sessions and forums with managers - Drive the development and implementation of culture initiatives - Embed core values into everyday practices and behaviors - Partner with the Social and DE&I committee - Ensure our values are understood and practiced throughout Lyst - Lead and support people initiatives and projects
