We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and our internal development team to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure software solutions align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements. * Create detailed documentation (user stories, workflows, functional specs). * Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. * Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery. * Conduct quality assurance reviews and assist in UAT processes. Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in software or tech). * Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Comfortable with client-facing communication (Zoom, email, etc.). * Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar project management tools. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: * Experience working with US-based clients or startups. * Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum). * Technical background or knowledge of SaaS platforms.
