The Senior Cloud Engineer will be responsible for providing a comprehensive set of services for the full lifecycle of cloud solutions, including pre-sales, solutions architecture, cloud migration, installation, configuration, and ongoing 3rd line support. The role also involves leading the implementation of cloud-based infrastructure and security solutions, understanding customer requirements, and designing effective cloud infrastructure solutions. Additionally, the Senior Cloud Engineer will be involved in continuous improvement for build processes and operational customer documentation, as well as participating in an on-call rota and traveling to customer sites as required. Responsibilities: - Provide a comprehensive set of services for the full lifecycle of cloud solutions - Lead the implementation of cloud-based infrastructure and security solutions - Understand customer requirements and design effective cloud infrastructure solutions - Ensure technical issues are investigated and resolved, and escalate if required - Participate in an on-call rota and travel to customer sites as required
