Requirements and responsibilities

We’re looking for an ambitious, quick-thinking CEO Assistant who can help run the day-to-day while learning directly from the business owner. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s eager to grow, solve problems, and figure things out on the fly. You’ll be exposed to multiple areas of the business—marketing, hiring, customer support, sales, and operations—and play a key role in helping the company scale even faster. Responsibilities: * Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations, research, and task follow-up. * Take ownership of high-priority projects and “figure it out” as needed. * Help manage hiring, ad campaigns, scheduling, inbox management, and team communications. * Learn how the company runs—everything from sales to customer retention. * Work across departments to keep things organized and moving efficiently. * Be the go-to right hand for the CEO: no task either big or small. Who We’re Looking For: * Fast learner who loves solving problems and wearing multiple hats. * Exceptionally organized and dependable. * Tech-savvy and resourceful—can pick up new tools and systems quickly. * Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and proactive.
