We are seeking a highly skilled MAUI Developer to join our team and lead the development of a new mobile application in the Health Care Industry. The primary focus of this role is transforming the UI/UX designs into a fully functional cross-platform mobile app using .NET MAUI. The role requires working closely with the backend development team to ensure seamless integration. Key Responsibilities: ● Transform mobile design prototypes into a high-quality, fully functional cross-platform app using .NET MAUI. ● Collaborate with backend API developers to integrate frontend features and ensure smooth, secure data flow. ● Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligning with best practices. ● Participate in daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies to ensure timely progress. ● Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain project quality and delivery timelines. ● Assist in testing and deploying the app across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Windows). ● Communicate progress and potential risks proactively to stakeholders. ● Provide input to improve development workflows and app performance. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features in a Scrum-based workflow. ● Estimate story points and participate in Agile ceremonies. ● Identify risks and communicate potential delivery issues early. Required Skills & Experience: ● 3+ years of professional experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI/Xamarin. ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ● Clear communication skills and ability to flag issues proactively. ● Able to work independently in a fully remote setup. Bonus Points: ● Familiarity with AI-based productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar solutions to enhance development speed and code quality. ● Familiarity with code quality and refactoring tools. ● Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in legacy environments. ● Experience with Flutter, React Native, and local storage.
