About the Role: We're looking for a bilingual professional (English and Spanish) with outstanding communication skills, customer service experience, and strong organizational abilities. You'll be the first point of contact for interested prospects, ensuring timely and effective responses. What You'll Be Doing: • Receive and manage leads, responding within a maximum of 10 minutes. • Make calls in both English and Spanish to clients and prospects. • Schedule appointments and assign clients to the relevant advisors in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and McAllen. • Address client inquiries with a professional and friendly approach. • Utilize office tools to support commercial management. • Maintain fluid communication in both languages. What You'll Need: • Proven customer service experience. • Advanced English (C1) proficiency. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. • Excellent service attitude, proactivity, and attention to detail. • Availability to work the required schedule remotely from Colombia.
