Everblue Training offers professional development and career enhancing certifications while Everblue Systems provides a platform for managing online training, testing, and credentials. This position will work with customers for both of our divisions: Everblue Training and Everblue Systems. The role involves managing customer queries, exercising the sales process for inbound sales, remotely proctoring online exams, and responding to customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Davidson, NC location with potential for hybrid long term. Responsibilities: - Manage customer queries across a number of systems and communication channels, including phone, live chat, service management software, and email - Exercise the sales process for inbound sales, process new sales orders, and make modifications - Remotely proctor online exams during high volume windows - Respond to customers in a timely fashion while being courteous and professional - Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
