🚀 Description: ◽ At Hakuna, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager based in LATAM, with experience in digital products to join a design and development team! ◽ This role will be responsible for leading and supporting a UX/UI designer tasked with developing and maintaining the design system for a mature and advanced digital product. ◽ The role involves coordinating communications and requests between the client's product design team, the design system designer, and the developers who implement the designs, build libraries, and develop the application. 🟢 Responsibilities: ◽ Understand and prioritize requirements from various collaborating teams. ◽ Define and translate requests into actionable tasks. ◽ Support designers and developers by organizing tasks, priorities, and timelines, proactively addressing potential blockers. ◽ Collaborate with teams to ensure objectives are met. ◽ Conduct continuous iteration and improvement analysis. ◽ Document work and requests in collaboration with the team. ◽ Prepare necessary reports as required. 🟢 Requirements: ◽ Bachelor's degree in communication, social sciences, marketing, advertising, administration, or related fields. ◽ Advanced level of English proficiency (both oral and written). ◽ More than three years of experience working as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Product Owner in digital product development (applications). ◽ Proficiency in agile methodologies. ◽ Experience working with developers and designers on a digital product, such as a web app or similar. ◽ Customer-oriented. ◽ Organizational and planning skills. ◽ Experience leading teams. ◽ Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. ◽ Experience in the entire lifecycle of digital product management, including design (using Figma), development, feedback cycles, and operations, with a focus on product management functions. ◽ Experience working with teams that have executed design system rollouts or have collaborated with designers and developers in creating and maintaining design systems for products.
