Our team thrives on solving complex problems, driving technological advancements, and creating impactful digital products. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of launching the next wave of successful startups. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality and Release Engineer to design and implement quality assurance practices. In this role, you will be the first Quality Engineer in the team, owning the quality and stability of the product shipped, bringing a quality mindset and practices to engineering with a willingness to adapt and grow within a fast-growing startup. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in both cloud and on-premise environments, with strong expertise in deployment automation, DevOps practices, and testing. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience. * Proven track record of delivering stable, reliable production-grade SaaS software. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. * Own and be responsible for the quality of the product shipped. * Work closely with developers, product managers, and TPM to test features being shipped across the entire stack, from frontend to backend and data pipelines. * Build test automation suites for smoke, functional, integration, and performance testing. * Architect, deploy, and manage scalable QA/testing infrastructure and processes. * Coordinate and manage code deployments and product releases. * Collaborate with software engineering, DevOps, and IT support teams for seamless service delivery. Required Skills and Expertise: * Strong experience in software quality practices, processes, and tools like Chromatic or other visual testing tools, PyTest, PyUnit or other testing frameworks, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools. * Experience with Postman or other API testing tools and automation tools such as Cypress or Selenium. * Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform. * Strong understanding of Git, Git workflows, and branching strategies for version control. * Willingness to take ownership and responsibility. Preferred Skills and Expertise: * Prior DevOps experience building Infrastructure as Code is a bonus. * Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
