We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and take on the responsibility of designing and developing solutions using Salesforce's cutting-edge CRM technologies. ✨ As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will have the chance to apply your technical proficiency to create innovative solutions that align with business and technical requirements. You will map Salesforce's capabilities, features, and best practices against these requirements, ensuring a perfect fit. Your expertise will be crucial in developing interfaces, APIs, and integrations that seamlessly connect Salesforce with external systems. 🟡 Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment, either on a team or as an individual contributor. • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across systems. • Knowledge of Object-Oriented analysis. • Experience programming with Java, JavaScript and Salesforce. • Front-end development experience is preferred. • Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce. • Extensive understanding of relational database languages (SQL or SOQL). • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Proven leadership skills. 🟡 Responsibilities: • Apply Salesforce technical proficiency to design and develop solutions using inbuilt CRM technologies and functionalities. • Map Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices against business and technical requirements by performing fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and available tools within the AppExchange and Force.com platform. • Perform application development, prototyping, testing, and demo capabilities to users. • Work on the design and development of interfaces, APIs, and integrations from Salesforce to external systems. • Assist the System Architect and support team members in addressing security and compliance requirements related to the setup of the Salesforce platform and development environments.
