Since 2006, Quantcast has consistently set the industry standard by introducing groundbreaking initiatives such as the first measurement platform for digital publishers and the first AI-powered DSP. As a Senior Account Manager at Quantcast, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of currently running business, delivering world-class customer support, and cultivating new partnerships. You will work closely with brands and agency clients, gain an in-depth understanding of Quantcast's technology, and strategically grow advertiser spend. This role requires strong client-facing media experience, solid expertise in Excel, a deep understanding of programmatic and attribution, and excellent presentation and communication skills. The role offers a full-time commitment with eligibility for a bonus, equity, and benefits, including hybrid work, vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and retirement plans. Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for servicing brands and agency clients - Gain an in-depth understanding of Quantcast's technology and value proposition to strategically grow advertiser spend - Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner - Lead campaign launches through setup, execution, and reporting while working closely with client services teams to ensure operational excellence - Consistently offer data-driven recommendations through the analysis of campaign performance data, audience insights, and market research - Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating client needs and acting as an extension of your client's marketing team - Showcase Quantcast performance during recurring client meetings and quarterly client business reviews that result in renewals and incremental revenue - Offer research and insights to deepen client relationships and scale new lines of business
