You’ll work closely with producers and commercial lines managers to support mid-sized accounts, handle day-to-day servicing, issue certificates of insurance with accuracy and efficiency, and serve as a trusted resource for clients and partners alike.What You’ll DoYou’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for our clients. Responsibilities include:Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producerCollaborating daily with the Commercial Lines Manager on key deadlines and ongoing projectsCoordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely, client-focused executionSupporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and outreachFollowing up with carriers for quotations and ensuring timely proposal developmentCreating and revising proposals per Account Executive direction and producer/client meetingsVerifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposalsAssisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign-offsManaging certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checksReviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cardsWhat You Bring to the TableActive Property & Casualty license in the state of ArizonaMinimum 5 years of commercial lines insurance experienceLocal to Arizona, preferred and familiar with the regional business marketProven experience servicing contractor and construction-related accountsAbility to manage a diverse commercial book, including: Contractors, Garage accounts, Manufacturers, RestaurantsStrong understanding of policy coverage, endorsements, and renewalsHighly proficient in issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and efficientlyComfortable working directly with producers, carriers, and clientsDetail-oriented, service-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting mid-sized commercial accounts preferredWhy Leavitt Group?Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona offers the strength of a national brand with the heart of a local agency.
