Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: Make between 40 and 60 daily cold calling attempts using Aircall business telephony software. Proactively contact local service business owners in the United States (plumbers, roofers, HVAC companies, etc.). Master and fluently execute the sales script structure (pattern-interrupt opening, market pain validation, solution presentation, and advanced objection handling). Systematically disposition and log the outcome of each interaction in the cloud platform at the end of every call. Actively participate in the initial onboarding program, operational training, and roleplay sessions for tone of voice and sales pitch calibration. Requirements & Necessary Infrastructure: Excellent communication skills and verbal fluency. Stable, high-speed internet connection to guarantee crisp, latency-free calls over the cloud. Discipline and military-grade rigor in time self-management to operate under US time zones (primarily EST/CST).
