Moxie is headquartered in New York City and Los Angeles.The Role:Moxie is seeking a Freelance Influencer & Creator Partnerships Specialist to spend between 5-20 hours per week managing influencer marketing programs for multiple clients, based on client and campaign needs. Responsibilities include vetting and recruiting creator partners, campaign execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and a passion for working with creators. This role will report to the VP, Growth and Creative Services.This is a fully remote, hourly 1099 freelance position. Candidates must be based in the United States.Responsibilities:Create influencer sample listsSource and vet relevant influencers for campaignsManage influencer-direct communicationsDevelop influencer-facing Brand GuidelinesContribute thought starters for influencer posting scenariosDraft and update influencer outreach notesConduct moderately heavy influencer outreachMonitor responses and proactively send follow-upsCompile and negotiate rates and usage specifics per influencerFacilitate and troubleshoot influencers’ product orders as relevantManage influencer creative review materialsPrepare materials for client review using existing templatesProvide recommendations for content adjustments upon delivery to clientsRoute feedback, links, and codes to influencers as appropriateConfirm live datesGather screenshots of live contentFacilitate reportingGather screenshots of post analytics and update tracking gridsCompile sentiment analysisAssist with development of Wrap Report materials, including analysis and visualsQualifications:3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with consumer brands within an agency settingStrong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including experience with dashboard platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectivelyStrong reporting and presentation skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Google SlidesHighly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for learning and keeping up with industry trendsCompensation:The expected hourly rate for this role is $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
