Requirements and responsibilities


The Mandate: - Location: Mumbai (Field + Remote). - Experience: 3–5 Years in B2B / Field Sales (F&B, Hospitality, or SaaS preferred). - Role Type: First Sales Hire / Early-Stage Startup Operator. - Reporting To: Head of Revenue. Why this role is unique: - True Ownership: You own the Mumbai market end-to-end. You will target health-forward restaurants, cafes, and hospitality operators. - Strategic Impact: Work directly with the GTM leadership on territory strategy, pricing, and product positioning. - The Toolkit: You will use their proprietary Bridge Menu Analyser as your primary demo tool, showing restaurants their compliance and nutritional gaps before pitching the solution. What we are looking for: - The Grit: 3–5 years of solid experience closing restaurants or F&B businesses. High comfort with cold walk-ins, calls, and WhatsApp outreach. - The Network: Deeply familiar with the Mumbai food and hospitality ecosystem (3+ years in the city). - The Stack: Tech-savvy operator comfortable with CRMs (Zoho/Salesforce) and basic AI workflow tools.
