This role is ideal for marketers who can build and scale influencer and creator programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable performance.Projects may include launching influencer programs from scratch, managing ongoing partnerships, or optimizing existing creator strategies. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand and growth goalsIdentify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)Lead outreach, negotiation, and contract management with creatorsPlan and execute campaigns, including product seeding, paid partnerships, and long-term ambassador programsCollaborate with content, paid, and social teams to amplify influencer contentTrack and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and conversion metricsManage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spendStay up to date on platform trends, creator landscape shifts, and emerging opportunitiesRequirementsStrong experience in influencer or creator marketing across B2C, B2B, or D2C brandsProven ability to build and scale influencer programsExperience managing creator relationships and negotiationsUnderstanding of platform-specific trends and best practicesAbility to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven outcomesExperience tracking and reporting on campaign performanceStrong organizational and communication skillsComfort working across different industries and brand voicesNice to HaveExperience with affiliate or performance-based influencer programsFamiliarity with influencer platforms/tools (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence)Experience with paid social amplification of influencer contentExperience in high-growth startup environmentsExperience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution
