At Solvo, we are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support a U.S.-based legal team with daily legal and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting U.S. legal processes, strong document management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work with confidential information while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Location: Remote. Schedule: Full-Time. Monday to Friday. 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Mission: You will support legal operations by preparing and reviewing legal documentation, conducting legal research, managing client records, and assisting attorneys with matters involving U.S. legal procedures and international clients. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with the preparation, review, and filing of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal correspondence. Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal use. Manage legal files, case records, and confidential documentation. Maintain accurate digital records and document management systems. Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and third parties across different jurisdictions. Track deadlines, hearings, compliance requirements, and legal follow-ups. Support cross-border legal matters involving Spanish and Portuguese-speaking clients. Provide administrative assistance related to legal operations. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Law Clerk, or similar legal support role. Experience supporting legal teams within U.S. legal environments (highly preferred). Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese proficiency (C1 Level – written and spoken). Knowledge of U.S. legal terminology and procedures. Experience drafting and reviewing legal documentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
