We are Hiring! - At Talentos360, a consulting firm specialized in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition for local and international markets, we are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join a growing U.S.-based law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Family Law, and Business Administration for expatriate clients. Location: - Remote. Schedule: - Full-Time. - Monday to Friday. - 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Mission: - You will support legal and administrative operations by preparing legal documentation, managing client records, and assisting attorneys with matters related to estate planning, family law, and business administration. Responsibilities: - Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. - Manage corporate maintenance documentation and asset records. - Support client intake processes using AI-integrated systems and digital questionnaires. - Organize legal files, court-related documentation, and administrative records. - Take detailed notes during attorney review sessions and implement revisions accurately. - Ensure responsiveness and effective communication throughout the workday. - Maintain organized digital records and legal documentation. Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Law Clerk, or similar role. - Experience drafting legal documents. - Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (C1 Level). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Previous experience working with U.S. law firms is highly preferred.
