We will teach you all that you need to know to be successful on our team, so we do not require any specific degree or work history.Transfers Associate (Legal & Compliance)Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:Support the change of ownership for investor interests in client managed fundsTrack reassignment timelines, approvals, and closing requirements to support timely completionLiaise with custodians, fund administrators, and external counsel as neededServe as a point of contact for clients, custodians, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate exemplary communicationAssist in reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing client compliance programs to support ongoing regulatory requirementsDevelop foundational knowledge of private equity fund structures and LP mechanicsRequirementsBe a team player with an enthusiastic work ethicLearn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiasticallyBe exceptional in your organizational and written communication skillsHave an exacting attention to detailBe exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environmentBe proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWhat we offerComprehensive benefitsBase salary commensurate with experience and success: The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarterWe are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in-person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.You will be successful when you deliver exemplary service to our clients and their investors, fulfill the FSG vision and purpose, and bring success to the entire FSG team.
