If our mission inspires you, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleOur Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners & vendors, handling responsibilities including responding to questions about the owner’s home or appliances, sourcing vendors and coordinating appointments, and managing home-related tasks through an on-the-ground handyman.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. You’ll be supporting our wider team, serving as an escalation point, providing real-time oversight, and making sure that member requests remain unblocked, well-coordinated, and handled.Responsibilities include:Member Communication & Vendor ManagementServe as the go-to Concierge for homeowners – help solve problems and help them feel in control of their home.Manage home service requests, such as coordinating repairs, scheduling appointments, and sourcing quotes for services (e.g., plumbing, electrical, home improvements).Compare vendor options and provide homeowners with recommendations that include pricing and timelines.Provide clear and friendly communication that aligns with Casa’s voice and tone guidelines: professional, approachable, and concise.Team EnablementAct as a real-time resource for our Concierge team when they encounter unclear next steps or homeowner concerns.Provide feedback and clarification for the team based on front-line experience to improve product and internal processes.Share learnings from escalations and edge cases to help the broader team improve.Build and maintain clear documentation to ensure visibility and handoff readiness.About youYou have at least 2–5 years of relevant experience (e.g., executive assistant, property manager, or other hospitality role).You have strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable on the phone and sending clear chat/text messages.You have great problem-solving skills and diligently search for creative solutions.You’re organized with great follow-through; you can follow up, close the loop, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.You enjoy designing and building process; since Casa is new, you’ll play an active role in building and shaping systems and structure alongside the company culture.You’re an owner, not a renter—taking a long-term view and considering the company’s best interests as your own; you’re excited to take initiative and be trusted with broad responsibility and good judgment.You can work remotely in the US; the role is for US-based remote team members who can work independently and autonomously.Additional notesThis is an hourly contract position.Approximately 40 hours per week across 5 days, using shifts in Pacific Time.Weekdays: 2 PM – 7 PM PT; Weekends: 9 AM – 5 PM PT.This does not require working 7 days per week; you’ll align on a consistent 5-day schedule.Most of the team works a mix of weekday and weekend shifts (e.g., 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day); the exact schedule will be finalized based on your availability.
