What you’ll do:Translate complex clinical operational needs into clear business and technical requirements.Track and analyze key clinical metrics (enrollment rates, site activation, protocol deviations, and study timelines).Act as the strategic bridge between clinical study teams and technical data engineers.🛠️ The Technical Toolkit we are looking for:Domain Expertise: 5+ years of core experience in as Business Analyst.Data Visualization: Proven mastery of Power BI (and/or Tableau) to design, build, and maintain interactive, leadership-ready dashboards.Database & Querying: Strong proficiency in SQL to extract, manipulate, and validate operational data from various data sources.Advanced Spreadsheets: Expert-level Microsoft Excel capabilities (Power Query, data modeling, complex formulas) for deep-dive tracking.Experience in the Clinical/Pharma industry is highly valued, with immediate joiners being preferred.⚡ PreferredImmediate joiners will be given priorityLet’s build quality clinical data together! 😊
