We’re looking for people who are curious, hands-on, and driven by impact — who want to solve real problems, work with strong teams, and rethink what’s possible.If you’re ready to do your best work, at scale, with purpose — this is your place.Position OverviewAs Product Owner for the Home & Pix no Cartão de Crédito squad, you will own two of RecargaPay's most strategic surfaces: the App Home — primary entry point for millions of users and main driver of discovery, activation, and cross-sell — and Pix no Cartão de Crédito, our flagship product enabling Pix payments via credit card with installment options, one of our top bets for TPV growth in 2026.You will set the product vision, lead discovery, own the backlog, and ship features that move metrics — working hands-on with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders. This role demands someone who operates fluidly between strategy and execution, thrives in fast product cycles, and is relentlessly outcome-driven.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the product roadmap for App Home and Pix no Crédito, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.Define, track, and communicate core KPIs (TPV, activation, conversion, cross-sell), using data to prioritize and demonstrate impact.Drive A/B tests, feature flag rollouts, and phased releases to ensure safe, measurable delivery.Lead continuous discovery through user research, behavioral data analysis, and rapid hypothesis validation.Write sharp user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs that keep engineering moving with confidence.Collaborate with Payments, Journey and Checkout squads to ensure cohesive integrations and a seamless user experience.Represent the product in leadership forums, communicating priorities, risks, and results with clarity and conviction.Identify and remove cross-team dependencies, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and business strategy.RequirementsStrong business acumen with a track record of working with KPIs and business analysisProficiency in SQL for data-driven decision makingHands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologiesComfortable leveraging AI tools in day-to-day product workProven ability to operate in fast-paced, product-led environmentsBenefitsCompetitive and market-aligned salary.Annual Bonus.Remote work — wherever you are, you’re part of the team!Home office allowance through a monthly deposit in the RecargaPay app.Health and dental plans with no co-pay.Life insurance.Flexible meal allowance (via Flash).TotalPass membership to take care of your health.
