In this role, you will contribute to the modernization and enhancement of enterprise systems that support call center operations, case management, and business process tracking across multiple VA departments.Our teams deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel routing, and Knowledge to enable efficient, scalable, and user-centered service delivery for Veterans and internal stakeholders. Depending on the engagement, you may also support Platform-only implementations focused on workflow automation, data management, and operational reporting.You will work within an Agile and DevSecOps environment alongside developers, administrators, architects, QA engineers, and product owners to design, build, and deliver secure and scalable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.In addition, we are increasingly leveraging AI-driven capabilities within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in configuring and applying Salesforce Agentforce and related AI tools to enable intelligent automation, improve case handling, and enhance user and agent experiences.
