Join us.The Associate Regional Business Consultant is a field-based, entry-level Account Management role focused on merchant onboarding, in-store execution, and driving early program adoption across a defined territory. It's the starting point of our sales track, built for developing professionals who want a real foundation in account management and field sales.This is a remote role based out of Jacksonville, FL or Savannah, GA. Candidates must be located within a 100-mile radius of one of these locations to be eligible.What You’ll DoMerchant Relationship Management: Own an assigned portfolio of merchant accounts within the territory, conduct regular field visits to build relationships with store managers and staff, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for merchant needs while building trust and rapportOnboarding and Training: Execute new merchant onboarding and in-store training, drive applications and reinforce adoption behaviors all with urgency after onboardingIn-Store Execution: Conduct purposeful, high-quality store visits focused on execution and reinforcing high performance, identify gaps and provide real-time coaching to improve application volume and conversionPerformance Monitoring: Monitor account-level performance against territory quota, identify underperforming merchants and execute corrective action plansCRM Discipline: Log all store visits and merchant interactions, document observations, actions taken, and clearly defined next steps in HubSpot to maintain accurate territory recordsCollaboration and Field Alignment: Work closely with Senior Account Managers to set territory priorities and account focus, coordinate with cross-functional internal sales partners and support broader regional initiatives and execution strategiesWho You AreStrong relationship builder with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectivelyA problem-solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.Someone who builds relationships with ease and communicates effectively across teams and stakeholders.A natural problem-solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and someone who always follows through on commitments.What You’ll BringAbility to work in a field-based environment under structured leadership oversight1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing rolesValid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience in retail, lease-to-own, or consumer financing environments is a huge plus, but not requiredFamiliarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Map My CustomersPrior field sales or account support experienceCompensation and Benefits:Base Salary: Earn a competitive base salary of $55,000 to $65,000, with OTE up to $85,000 annually.Healthcare: We prioritize your well-being by covering 80% of medical, dental, and vision insurance costs, including coverage for your spouse, children, and other dependents.Retirement Benefits: Begin planning for your future from day one with our 401 (k) plan.Paid Time Off: We understand the importance of work-life balance.
