Crisis1 offers a range of consulting services, all designed to help Federal agencies achieve their goals.Job SummaryCrisis1, LLC. is seeking a Senior Analyst / Project Manager to support the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) CG-835 Reimbursable Management Division. This role will serve as the primary point of contact and lead full lifecycle project management and program integration activities supporting Interagency Agreements (IAA), Interagency Reimbursable Work Agreements (IRWA), and assisted acquisitions.Responsibilities/DutiesServe as Task Order Project Manager and single point of contact for Government stakeholders.Lead full lifecycle management of IAAs, IRWAs, and assisted acquisitions.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and performance metrics.Oversee monthly and bi-weekly status reporting deliverables.Drive process improvement, automation, and system optimization initiatives.Utilize AI-enabled tools for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and change management efforts.Support modernization initiatives including G-Invoicing and financial systems alignment.Ensure compliance with DHS/USCG financial policies and audit requirements.Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement practices.QualificationsProven experience managing federal projects or programs.Strong understanding of federal financial management and acquisition processes.Experience with IAAs, IRWAs, or interagency agreements.Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement capability.Must be U.S. citizen.Education/CertificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Management, or related field.Bachelor’s + 4 years relevant experience or;12+ years total experience, with 6+ years in specialty.Benefits and PerksMedical / Vision and Dental PlansHoliday and Personal Time Off Pay401KLife InsuranceEducation and Training Assistance Program (discussed during the onboarding process)Incentive
