Heartbeat Health is redefining how cardiovascular care is delivered in the digital age, led by our medical group of cardiologists, advanced practitioners, nurses, and care coordinators. About the Role: Heartbeat Health is seeking a motivated, sharp, and adaptable Business Operations Associate to join its Operations team. The Business Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the growth and delivery of Heartbeat Health’s clinical programs, both live and prospective – including with a brand new product that Heartbeat is in the process of launching.The Business Operations Associate role is cross-functional. You’ll help build and manage a national partner network that serves as the operational backbone for these programs. You’ll contribute to client-facing work across the customer lifecycle: sales, onboarding, implementation, and customer success.
