While this role carries full P&L accountability, success starts with exceptional sales leadership.You will be expected to build a high-performance revenue organization, drive forecasting accuracy, improve pipeline predictability, personally engage in strategic deals, and create operating rigor across the business.At the same time, you'll gain hands-on experience shaping product strategy, influencing roadmap decisions, directing marketing investments, optimizing professional services, and making the kinds of tradeoff decisions required of a future CEO.This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance.
