Their environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and highly collaborative.Role OverviewAs a Marketing Automation & Integrations Manager, you will develop a proprietary tech stack to automate data flows, build dashboards, and create custom tools for content and analysis. This role powers client insights and internal efficiencies in experience design campaigns.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage integrations across multiple marketing, content, and industry platforms using APIs and automation toolsDesign and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Notion, and similar no-code/low-code solutionsConsolidate data from different sources and structure it for reporting, analysis, and operational useCreate and improve dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools to support both internal teams and client reportingHelp develop internal scoring, insight, and recommendation systems that turn raw data into clear actionsReduce manual work and operational friction by improving how data, content, and campaign assets move across platformsSupport the creation of tools and workflows for influencer sourcing, briefing, content organization, and distribution across media and CMS platformsRecommend practical, scalable technical solutions based on business needs, existing tools, and team workflowsWork closely with Growth Marketing and Client Services teams to support campaign execution and client deliveryRequirementsProven experience working with APIs, system integrations, and workflow automationHands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Notion, or similar platformsExperience building dashboards and reporting workflows using Looker Studio or other BI/data visualization toolsStrong understanding of data flows, data organization, and marketing or operational reportingExperience designing practical solutions for automating repetitive workflows and reducing manual processesAbility to work across technical and non-technical teams and translate business needs into workable systemsGood English communication skills for internal collaboration and occasional client-related supportAvailability to work within EST or CST-friendly hoursExperience in marketing operations, martech, agency environments, or growth systems is a strong plusBased in Mexico City is a plus, but not requiredBenefitsCompensation in USD.Fully remote work.
