RoleOur client is looking for an Insurance Administrative Assistant to support the operations of a growing insurance agency based in the U.S. In this role, you will assist with administrative and policy related tasks, helping ensure smooth operations across client accounts, billing inquiries, and insurance documentation. The ideal candidate has previous experience supporting insurance teams and is comfortable working with multiple systems and software platforms.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily administrative operations within the insurance agencyAssist with policy servicing and insurance related documentationHandle billing inquiries and assist in resolving policy billing issuesMaintain accurate client records and account information within the databaseManage inbound inquiries via phone from clients and prospectsProactively track and follow up on missing information, signatures, and documents needed to issue or update policiesPerform data entry and general administrative support tasks as neededRequirementsPrevious experience in insurance administrative support rolesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level, both verbal and written)Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and online systemsStrong computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quicklyHighly preferred Experience working within Personal Lines Insurance, particularly Homeowners and Auto InsuranceStrong understanding of casualty insurance processes and terminologyNice to HaveExperience using HawkSoft and PL Rating softwareExperience handling insurance billing issues and payment-related inquiriesPrevious experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance agencyAvailabilityPart-time to start with potential for full-time.
