Join us and make an outsized impact as we create innovative solutions for businesses, their teams, and their stakeholders.Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven and dynamic Commercial Account Executive to support our sales efforts, engage with potential clients, and help grow our customer base. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective customers navigating business closuresSupport the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics.Provide product demonstrations and educate potential clients on our solutions.Support deal progression by managing follow-ups, next steps, and customer questionsCollaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Gather and report customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and product development.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.Desired Skills and QualificationsLegal background, understanding of M&A, corporate law, or accounting experience (preferred but not necessary)2 - 4+ years sales experience in SaaS/Startup environment; in Legal-tech, Fintech, HR-tech.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with potential clients.Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred but not required).Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.What we offerCompensation: This role is fully remote and open to candidates across the United States. OTE is determined by location tier:Tier 1 (NYC, LA, SF) — $170,000–$180,000 OTETier 2 (Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, DC, Miami) — $160,000–$170,000 OTETier 3 (All other US locations) — $150,000–$160,000 OTEAll tiers reflect a 50/50 base/variable split with uncapped commission and accelerators for performance above quota.Unlimited PTOCompetitive equity packageEmployer Covered Medical BenefitsFully remote (we are prioritizing applicants in Central or Eastern timezones)Two in-person team retreats a year*We are unable to support any visa outside of Canada (no H1B Visas)
