Requirements and responsibilities


• Partnership management for third-party partners that include (but are not limited to) point-of-sale, payments, loyalty, automotive, voice, and agencies. • Work closely with Olo technology partners and affiliates to ensure effective collaboration. • Create scalable processes for Customer Success team, Security, Product, Engineering and brands to effectively resolve partner-specific issues. • Drive continuous improvement of program performance through the creation and ongoing analysis of key performance metrics. • Create and maintain knowledge-base on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders. • Effectively advocate for partners, consumer experience and restaurant partners internally. • Identify technology issues and collaborate with the Product teams to prioritize product enhancements and features based on business needs. • Work with our internal Specialist team to onboard new brand clients, when applicable. • Work with Olo’s internal teams to answer any delivery, product enhancement and/or developer support related questions and provide strategic direction. • Identify and educate potential partners that add strategic value to the Olo ecosystem. • Monitor third-party provider API usage on an ongoing basis to police the network and resolve any possible issues. • Support the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, including collaboration with Finance and Legal resources as needed. • Design partnership approaches to develop key strategic relationships that drive organizational growth.
