Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional Agile teams across Engineering, QA, DevOps & ArchitectureDrive delivery plans, execution priorities, release planning and delivery readinessManage risks, dependencies, blockers and delivery commitmentsPartner with Architects, Engineering Leaders, Product Owners and Business StakeholdersFacilitate technical discussions and drive consensus on solution approachesTranslate complex technical concepts into business-friendly communicationDrive continuous improvement using delivery metrics, automation, AI and emerging technologiesMentor Scrum Masters, Technical Leads and delivery team membersImprove delivery effectiveness, quality, automation and operational efficiencyRequired Experience:8+ years of software delivery experience3+ years in Technical Delivery / Leadership rolesStrong SDLC, Agile/Scrum/SAFe and Lean delivery experienceStrong knowledge of Cloud, DevOps & CI/CDUnderstanding of Software Architecture & MicroservicesExperience with process optimization and automationExperience leveraging AI/emerging technologies to improve deliveryStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to lead geographically distributed teamsBachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications are a plus.
