We're looking for an End User Computing Manager to build and improve the workplace technology environment across EMCD. We need proactive and hands-on, who can own employee devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, IAM, asset management, onboarding/offboarding automation, and the overall digital employee experience.You'll work closely with Security, IT, vendors, and business teams to make sure employees have secure, reliable, and convenient access to the tools they need.Responsibilities:Own and improve the end-user technology environment: laptops, mobile devices, corporate accounts, SaaS access, Google Workspace, SlackManage IAM, SSO, access policies, and secure access to key SaaS applicationsBuild and automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and access revocationManage endpoint security and device lifecycle across remote and distributed teamsMaintain asset management processes: hardware inventory, regular reviews, lifecycle replacementOversee Service Desk and support operations, ensuring fast and high-quality issue resolutionManage vendors, SaaS providers, licenses, and contracts to avoid unused or overlapping toolsStandardize EUC processes across the company and drive self-service, automation, and zero-touch provisioningRequirements:7+ years in IT, including 3–5 years in End User Computing, Workplace Technology, IT Support Management, Client Services, or Desktop EngineeringStrong hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administrationExperience with IAM, SSO, IdP, access managementExperience with MDM / UEM tools such as Jamf, Google Endpoint Management, Workspace ONE, or similarUnderstanding of endpoint operating systems: macOS, Windows, mobile platformsExperience with ITSM processes and tools: incident, asset, change management; Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similarAbility to work with vendors and managed service providersProactive approach to identify problems and improve processesNice to have:Certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, ITIL v4, Jamf Certified, PMP, or similarExperience with self-service portals, Slack bots, or automated IT workflowsExperience standardizing user environments during M&A or company scalingWhat We Offer:Fully remote work from anywhere in the worldFlexible working hours focused on results20 working days of vacation + 12 additional bonus daysPaid sick leave with no bureaucracyCompensation for courses, certifications, and training programsReal ownership of workplace technology in a fast-growing crypto ecosystem
