Role: Business Process Engineer (Build a Product Operating Model)- (Not looking for a Strategy or Advisory Consultant)Note: Building a Product Operating Model for ClientResponsibilities:Lead working sessions with business and technology stakeholders to understand current and future-state processes.Ask probing questions to uncover how work actually moves through the organization, including decision points, handoffs, dependencies, exceptions, and pain points.Translate conversations and working sessions into detailed end-to-end process maps and workflows.Build and maintain process documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, PowerPoint, or similar tools.Define decision rights, roles, responsibilities, inputs, outputs, controls, and handoffs within each process.Develop decision trees, swimlane diagrams, RACIs, workflow diagrams, and supporting process documentation.
