Responsibilities Coordinate property showings and assist with property searches. Update property databases and track client requirements. Assist with real estate transaction paperwork and maintain organized client files. Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports. Help create and publish property listings and social media content. Follow up with clients and assist with review requests. Provide general administrative support as needed. Requirements Applicants must reside in Venezuela or Colombia. C1-level English or higher and fluent Spanish. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with Canva. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with a remote team. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment. Nice to Have Previous Virtual Assistant or administrative experience. Familiarity with real estate transactions, MLS platforms, or CRMs. Experience with property listings and social media platforms.
